Real Education — SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description. Real Education offers an SMS messaging program for parents, students, and educators who have opted in to receive text messages from us. Upon opting in, you can expect to receive messages such as: class and lesson scheduling and reminders, mentor and tutoring follow-ups, enrollment and payment confirmations, customer support responses, weekly Zoom call reminders, and information about our courses, retreats, master classes, and coaching programs. Message frequency varies.

2. Opt-Out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you are receiving messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

4. Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Message and Data Rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

7. Compliance with Industry Standards. Real Education's messaging program adheres to CTIA guidelines and applicable carrier requirements for A2P messaging. We only send messages to individuals who have provided express written consent, and we honor all opt-out requests promptly.

8. Legal Compliance. Our SMS program is operated in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable FCC regulations, and all other applicable federal and state laws governing text messaging.

9. Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from Real Education.
