REFUND POLICY
A parent or guardian wishing to withdraw a student from the program must provide written notice of withdrawal at least thirty (30) calendar days before the student's final day of participation.
Following receipt of the withdrawal notice, educational services will continue during the thirty-day notice period, and the student will remain responsible for the prorated cost of services provided during that period.
Any scholarship funds received for educational services scheduled beyond the thirty-day notice period will be refunded to the scholarship administrator, Odyssey, in accordance with applicable scholarship program requirements. No refund will be issued for services already provided prior to the effective withdrawal date. Refund calculations will be based on the student's final date of enrollment and the educational services delivered through the conclusion of the required thirty-day notice period.
Under no circumstances will refunds be paid directly to the scholarship student or to the student's parent or guardian.
The school will not require scholarship students to waive their right to transfer to another qualifying education service provider during the school year.
The school will notify Odyssey of a scholarship student's withdrawal within five (5) business days of receiving notice of the withdrawal or otherwise becoming aware of the student's withdrawal.
